Short overview
I worked on an industrial B2B SaaS in the Rail Tech / industrial IoT space (condition monitoring and predictive maintenance). The product turns onboard sensor detections from trains into a map-based workflow for infrastructure operators: triage issues by location (hex-grid), review event history, capture maintenance actions, and export field-ready reports for crews.
My role covered end-to-end product delivery. I partnered closely with the Digital Transformation Director and the Product Manager, wrote detailed PBIs and acceptance criteria for dev/QA, drove the core UX and interaction model (map-first triage, advanced filters, multi-issue navigation, bulk actions logic, statuses e.t.g.. I produced high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes, led stakeholder presentations and alignment sessions, supported post–First Customer Release iterations.
Also helped reduce scope to hit the first release faster prioritizing the smallest viable workflow, identifying what to defer, and keeping the platform scalable for future expansion. After initial customer testing, I contributed to the roadmap for advanced analytics (severity trends, prediction/trend analysis, charts and dashboards) to evolve the product based on real operational feedback.
